Loft Hotel - Pasto

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular attractions. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a great TV and reliable WiFi. I especially loved the complimentary minibar, a nice touch that added to my overall enjoyment.

Only downside was the lack of AC in the rooms, which could be a problem during warmer days. However, the hotel's location and wonderful staff made up for it.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Pasto. the staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They even upgraded my room to a suite with a hot tub, at no extra cost! Secondly, the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of town. This made it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and the attention to detail was impressive. The large bed and hot tub in the room added a touch of luxury to my stay. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the daily rate was certainly a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable and the included breakfast was a great bonus. Secondly, the attention to detail was exceptional. From the warming components placed in the bed to the tea and biscuits provided in the evening, the staff really went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. Although the hotel is situated on a plaza, which can be a bit noisy, it also made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this charming destination.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.

Great room service and breakfast! the shower was wonderful and the room was cozy. the hotel is located in the heart of the city which was very convenient for our city break. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The noise coming from outside the hotel was a bit disturbing at times. the wifi did not work in our room which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, great TV and WiFi coverage, perfect location, complimentary mini bar, highly recommended.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is conveniently located for exploring. the staff was helpful and attentive, and the room was comfortable. the breakfast included is a nice touch and offers a good start to the day.

Guests may want to bring earplugs as there can be noise from outside.

The location of the hotel is great, being right in the center of the city. It was easy for me to walk to different famous spots and I didn't have to worry about transportation. The hotel was super clean and tidy, and the staff were so helpful during my entire stay.

Great Location & Comfortable Stay!

This hotel is perfectly located in close proximity to the main square and financial zone, making it very convenient for travelers on business trips. The rooms are comfortable with a good range of amenities including a color TV, cable connection, and free Wi-Fi access. Another added advantage to our stay was the free mini-bar, which came with water, chips, and juice. Their restaurant offered a variety of delicious food at reasonable prices and the breakfast was included in the package.

Although this hotel had many excellent features, there were a few things that could have been better. The smell of exhaust fumes from the busy traffic below was not pleasant and detracted from our overall experience.
